Lately, all kinds of programs are coming out that are dedicated to converting your PC into a multimedia center that manages your audio and video files, in addition to giving you access to other forms of entertainment like television and radio.

SesamTV Media Center is a free application (also available in other languages, including Spanish) that helps you manage all of your computer's multimedia content.

It supports video and image viewing, music playing, and will even play television and radio through the same interface (so long as you're connected to the Internet).
